The concierge is busy helping other guests, but Andolini can't help but sneak glances from time to time and park in the lobby refusing to go up to his room without talking to the concierge first. Once the latter had left, Andolini decided to get closer and talk to him, he asked him for a new towel (this is the only thing Andolini could say).
